Of course that doesn't mean it won't happen. I worked as a volunteer on the Obama campaign and my favourite reason for not voting for him:- " I Aint votin' for HEEM he's skittish'. Our county went 70/30 Clinton in the end. A fellow volunteer spent quite some time with one voter talking them down from 'He's a Muslim'. While what we would like to say is 'well so what if he was?' that stance is a few years down the track yet. Electing "Billary" wouldn't help change paternalistic politics, when she's so invested in catering to power and money bases that are vested in proliferating the status quo far more than Obama. Even progressive Democrat bloggers widely oppose HRC, as her age and connections to a corrupt political machine are problems all too similar to the Bush-RRR/GOP, that are part of the problem to eradicate or at least reduce if possible. One of the most scathing criticisms of HRC I've seen came from a female Psychologist, fairly aware of politics as the former girlfriend of a now deceased former Presidential candidate on the ballot in all 50 states. To such astute and politically aware females, Hillary is a peculiar nuisance, as she does draw support from some females whose apparent attitude is a compulsive, "we've got to vote for the cunt". That attitude of sexism rather than informed egalitarianism is one of the causes of a huge divide in feminism, and it reinforces negative stereotypes and justifies treating females with suspicion as incapable of making mature political judgments. As such, female HRC supporters are often shooting their own causes in the foot, when they act superficially in sexist ways while ignoring serious issues common to responsible adults, regardless of sex.
