The reason I cited the pre-invasion report from Amnesty International is to highlight how Afghanistan was then and how it is the same NOW. In essence, nothing has changed. Women are still gunned down, beaten and raped for not wearing a burqa. If our military has such little effect on Afghanistan, we should leave that country too. it is typical Bush planning, or lack of it. Go into a nation, kill the leaders and refuse to fix the problems.
