We all have great respect for him.” Rudy Giuliani.
Uh, Rudy, some of us don’t. Do you also respect Pol Pot? David Duke? Fred Phelps maybe?
Falwell will only be missed by the worst of us and you must be one of them.

I couldn’t get away from the enormous mainstream outpouring over someone who literally hated everyone.
When intellectuals like Edward Said, Jean Baudrillard, or Kurt Vonnegut passed away, they were villified in the media and depicted as radical reactionaries, perpetrators of violence, or traitors. And here Jerry Falwell is being praised and memorialized as a “hero” and “model citizen?”
To others, certainly. But not to me.

I recommend Jerry Springer– dildo-fucked by a whore paid by the City of Sin-Sin-Asshole; what’s not to like?

I’m going to miss him.
…with him dead, that makes one less fundy that I get to poke fun at…
The man did some good things, but all of that is exlipsed by the hatred that he spread.
